Luxury multibrand
Checking a multibrand retailer
A multibrand retailer raises a question single-brand stores do not: it depends on no brand, and no brand answers for it. Its supply runs through wholesalers, stock buyouts or distribution agreements whose traceability varies widely from one retailer to the next.

Authorised does not mean what people assume
Authorised distributor status ties a retailer to one brand, for a given territory. A retailer authorised for one brand is not authorised for the others it carries. We count this criterion only where it is established for the brand concerned, never by generalisation.
The grey market is not illegal
Selling outside an authorised network is not prohibited. Brands do not forbid it; they condition their commercial warranty on it. The distinction matters: an out-of-network purchase remains covered by the legal guarantee, owed by the seller regardless of any card.
What we check on these retailers
Registration, legal disclosures, domain age, and whether they answer requests for supply evidence. In this category more than others, that last answer is what best separates the supply chains.
These retailers were recorded from public sources. A low score marks a thinly documented profile, never a problem found with the seller.
